My career mission is to humanise the workplace, ensuring that the unique value of each employee is understood and fostered, whilst ensuring that the critical skills required for each role are paramount. I find this approach crucial in ensuring the wellbeing and true culture of the business, with the ultimate outcome of amplifying individual and business productivity.
Throughout my 20 years’ experience working in people and culture, I have developed a holistic approach and key points of difference which couple practical Human Resource skills with intuition, proven science in human behaviour and expert relationship management skills. My approach ensures I am strategically engaged with all relevant stakeholders and that ultimately everyone is clear on what success looks like.

I work closely with hiring leaders, the internal HR Department (where one exists) and business strategies to identify and acquire talent with the right fit for the right role. Focusing on cultural fit, individual skills and potential for growth, I can manage the full process from crafting position descriptions through to probationary reviews.
Leadership Mentoring During Acquisition & Onboarding
A crucial part of my process is to provide mentoring to hiring leaders, both junior and senior, to ensure the successful onboarding of new employees. In my experience, this leads to productive output from the new employee more quickly and longevity of employment.
ADVanced Insights Profiling & Debriefing
Understanding how and why individuals think the way we do and why we may make the decisions we do can impact how efficient, productive and valued we are. Successful changes in behaviour, actions and outcomes can only be achieved over a period of time, and with a holistic approach.
